Pacific Northwest National Forests and other public lands offer countless opportunities to enjoy recreational activities. Hit the trail on mountain bike, motorcycle, horse, or on foot. Head for the water to fish, swim, canoe, sail, kayak, or stroll on the beach. Enjoy a family gathering at a picnic area. Visit an interpretive center or naturalist program to learn more about the outdoors, or study nature on your own through photography, art, journal writing, and wildlife watching. When winter rolls around, head for the slopes to ski, snowboard, snowmobile, snowshoe, or sled.

Whether you are looking for high adventure and challenge, or simply a relaxing day in the woods, experience for yourself why the National Forests are America's Great Outdoors.

In the coming months, we will be developing information and additional links for this section. Check back soon.
