IMS-24, Geologic Hazards, Earthquake and Landslide Hazard Maps, and Future Damage Estimates for Six Counties in the Mid/Southern Willamette Valley Including Yamhill, Marion, Polk, Benton, Linn, and Lane Counties, and the City of Albany, Oregon.
This 5 year study was initiated by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s Federal Emergency Management Agency [FEMA) Pre-Disaster Mitigation grant program, which provides funds to states, territories, Indian tribes, communities, colleges, and universities for pre-disaster mitigation planning efforts to better address natural hazards. The Oregon Partnership for Disaster Resilience and Oregon Emergency Management assisted DOGAMI in developing the plans. 2008
