Recreation Reports provide updated information from field units on current trail conditions, road openings and closures, special fire prohibitions, and facility hours of operation. These reports also contain observations on natural events such as wildflower blooms, waterfalls peaking, and fall colors.

Reports are updated every 1-2 weeks during the summer season and monthly in winter. Obtain reports from the National Forests of Oregon and Washington pages at the US Forest Service Web site.
